Quality Inn in Lake City, FL, sold

DSH Hotel Advisors, a national hotel brokerage and advisory firm specializing exclusively in hotel investment sales, arranged the sale of the recently renovated 55-room Quality Inn Lake City, FL.

The transaction, for an undisclosed price, was facilitated by Dennis S. Hopper, managing principal; Randy B. Taylor, SVP, investments; and Dylan N. Amin, VP, investments, DSH Hotel Advisors, represented the seller, Aksar Motel LLC, and the buyer, Maheshwara LLC.

The broker secured more than 200 signed CAs and 11 competitive offers from qualified buyers across the country.

“Our team successfully executed a confidential transaction, securing multiple competitive offers from qualified investors across the U.S.,” said Taylor. “We achieved the seller’s goals for their exit while leaving significant upside for the buyer to be extremely successful at this property.”
